Customer Service is the way CS should be across the board in all transactions. I have watery eyes and unfortunately the mascara did not work for me even though I love the color. Yuki was extremely helpful assisting with my online ordering of the eyelashes mascara as I’m not too hi tech savvy. Also, she quickly responded to my emails in particular stating my skepticism with online ordering. Yuki was very understanding and put my anxiety at ease.
