This makeup stick does not cover well at all and it leaves your face feeling very sticky. Would not recommend to anyone.

Facelove is selling cosmetics from China. They do not honor their return policy. Communicating is impossible. It is a scam.

I would give NO STARS if an option!! I placed an order with them on 9/27/2026 and got no shipping updates at all, contacted them by email inquiring about the order because it was a gift for a bridal shower on 10/10/2026, in less than 12 hours the status on my order was changed to delivered and it definitely wasn’t delivered to me, sent several more emails stating that I had not received my order and got no response!!!! I sent more emails that I wanted refunded for missing order because I had to go buy a different gift for shower and just wanted my money back, their response was that they were experiencing a high volume of emails and please be patient, I bet they are receiving a lot of complaints!!!!! I think this company might be a scam!!!!

I haven't received my goods as yet, but a deep dive into them reveals that they are dodgy. The ownership is hidden, a nominal address in America with no phone number and the address being used by multiple companies. The products are shipped from China. The adverts infer that the DR are Korean beauty products, but they aren't. There are concerns as to the safety of their products. At best at they are misrepresenting their product, worst case is that they are selling cheap nasty dangerous products at a premium price.

⭐️ 1/5 I am extremely disappointed with this mascara and with the way this company handled my situation. After using this mascara, a significant number of my eyelashes fell out, leaving noticeable gaps. I stopped using the product, but my eyelashes still have not fully grown back. This has been extremely upsetting and frustrating for me, especially because I trusted this product and never expected a mascara to cause me this kind of problem. What makes this experience even worse is the company’s customer service. I contacted them multiple times and sent numerous emails asking for a full refund. After going back and forth through many emails, they still did not refund my money. Eventually, they simply stopped responding to my emails altogether. I should not have to repeatedly email a company just to get a response or a refund after having such a negative experience with their product. I absolutely do not recommend this mascara. My eyelashes have still not fully recovered, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the way my complaint was handled.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS BRAND. CUSTOMER IS AWFUL!!!!! I'd give zero stars if I could. I had a reaction to their brown mascara and brown eyeshadow. Both caused me to have a terrible reaction and swollen eyes. They have hassled me to no end to take 20% of what I paid. Then 50%. They just are refusing to take these back to refund my money. IT'S JUST NOT WORTH IT!!!!
