They started off OK with the AI features. Sometimes it's a hit or miss, not a big deal. The biggest problem is once they take your money they Ghost you. They don't renew lifetime credits , and their support email site never replies. Youtube has deleted their video account, and they are gone from TIKTOK as well. Starting to smell like a SCAM. No new credits since July 31 2024.

The Enhancer works pretty good, but the colorization is horrible. I am waiting to see if I get a response from their Support email about credits that disappeared on my account, and credits that were supposed to be given to me last year, but were not. It took credits away from me today without even downloading an image. I'll wait to see if they respond this time and write another review.

Disapponting compared to other AI powered sites. Especially with restoring really old photos. Colouring of mono photos is awful.

I have been a subscriber for a year, with mixed results. In essence is a fairly good tool to improve images; my dissatisfaction is regarding the colorization of images, which is shoddy at best, odd colors land in the strangest places, such as arms, or necks, that get colored blue. It needs to be refined for a better user experience. Also, providing additional tools to refine the artwork would be great.

In the colorization of photos with multiple people, some faces remain uncolored; there is also no way to determine how many credits remain on account.

I decided to try another product because all of the final versions of photos looked like the people were related as though a template was used on each photo to fill in places not clear in the original.

Color correction could be better.
