(THIS STARTED WITH THEIR PARSIMONIOUS OFFER TO EXTEND MY SUBSCRIPTION BY 2 MONTHS ON MARCH 23) I am writing this email to present you the resolution. RESOLUTION? - IS THIS A TRIBUNAL? Based on the security details, you have provided, I have verified into (GRAMMARLY PLEASE HELP DON'T THINK YOU CAN 'VERIFY INTO') our system and I can see that you have an active F1TV Pro Annual subscription purchased on the 19th of February, 2020. (THE FACT THAT F1 EMAILED ME SUGGESTS THEY WERE ALREADY AWARE OF MY SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS. THEY USE SECURITY DETAILS FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN TO DELAY 'RESOLUTION' SOME EMAILS AGO I HAD REQUESTED A FULL REFUND AS F1 WASN'T DELIVERING THE PRIME PRODUCT ACCORDING TO ITS AGREEMENT WITH ME.) Due to the fact that some races have been cancelled and the 2020 F1 season is delayed, the auto-renewal date has been changed as your subscription has been extended for free, for 3 months. (FREE?? F1TV HAS FAILED TO DELIVER LIVE GRAND PRIX COVERAGE WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON FOR TAKING THE SUB.)This being said, you will be free to watch your favorite team on the grid and also to enjoy the F1TV experience including all the races from the archive, the exclusive documentaries offered by F1 and also more other great stuff, until the 20th of May, 2021. We hope that F1 will be back very soon. WOW! REALLY? YOU MEAN I CAN WATCH ALL THE BORING FILLERS FOR FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE? Pas på med at forudbetale. De svindler alt det de kan komme til og nu hvor sæsonen er aflyst og de ikke har leveret så meget som et sekund formel 1, nægter de at refundere.

Worst app ever. I've wasted my money. Don't waste yours.

While I love the functionality of the app, the ability to turn off commentators and only heat "sound fx" (motors) and the team radios I heavily dislike having to jump through hoops to stream it to a desired device (Chromecast). Honestly I'd rather watch the free option with ads running every 15min, which is honestly just as annoying paired with worse commentators than the great ones offered with the app (Tom Kristensen is one commentator, but rarely gets any time to speak unless its sports/engine related and doesn't sound 'in to it') With no option to stream/cast it where you/I want, I had to rely on an app called Web Video Cast; login to their website within the app, find the stream, wait for it to connect and have to deal with sound coming off from both my phone and the TV... That is, when it finally did connect or didn't end abruptly. In my case it's a waste of money. The quality is great, there's some awesome features (being able to pick which driver you want to focus on) but the delay is horrible since they rely on putting out the content to networks more. I've watched the 'free' option in my country along side the app on a few occasions, only to see a 30-60 second delay in action. If they add the ability to cast/stream it however you want it would instantly get 5 stars. Paying this much, and having to rely on a minimal screen and "horrible" sound is annoying to say the least.

Don't buy F1TV PRO!! It doesn't work. I was able to login and started to watch the replay of Qualy and 10 minutes later the App shows I don't have a subscription!! This is an insult to customers, I have proof of the payment received and a "Welcome" e-mail, Yet every time I try to watch something I get the message "Subscribe to watch". Very poor response, don't buy this App

2019 so far has been excruciating to watch, a waste of five sundays now as the rules, racing, show, lack of grid girls, pretentious manner of most officials in the sport. From a long time formula 1 fan I am honestly almost done hoping for the entertainment that we all had as fans as recently as 2012. Scrap this eco friendly, lame formula and reboot with old rules, bring back the v8 engines or grid girls. At the very least to help this year along introduce success ballast ie. BTCC

Terrible service - Doesn't work during races. Outside of race weekends, everything works great (replays, build-up etc), but during the race itself, it falls out often or degrade quality. Now during the Azerbaijan it is COMPLETELY useless - I've seen perhaps 6 minutes of the 35 minutes the race has been on. :-(
