F1TV Access app is a misnomer, there is no access to any live racing. So, I upgraded to the PRO account. Paid for it, but now I can’t watch anything. Their customer service keeps asking for receipts, my age, screen shots, you name it. They finally admitted that I have sent them everything that they requested. And I deleted and reloaded the app many times under their direction. But, NOW THE APP WON’T WORK AT ALL!! And customer service has no idea what to do.

Ik heb me eerst geabonneerd op de standaard versie annual review maar heb me toen bedacht om over te schakelen naar F1 TV Pro. Dit werd mooi aangerekend maar ik krijg mijn abonnement niet omgezet ondanks meerdere contacten met hun helpdesk inclusief bewijs van betalingen en identiteit etc…

Uden tvivl den mest ustabile streaming tjeneste jeg nogensinde har prøvet. Vær klar på at genindlæse siden hvert 5/10/30 sekundt. Hvis du er heldig, får du et par minutter. Har en 100/100 fiber forbindelse, og en router som kan trække det. Havde jeg kunne give tjenesten 0 stjerner havde de fået det.

El problema en el sitio Web de F1 TV se produjo porque se entregaron archivos de video no válidos desde la red de entrega de contenidos y eso hizo que su reproductor entrara continuamente en pausa y buffer. Nuestro equipo ha estado trabajando día y noche desde que se identificó el problema y se han hecho cambios con éxito para evitar que vuelva a ocurrir. Esperamos que le interese mucho la carrera que viene este fin de semana. Gracias por suscribirse a F1 TV. Verschrikkelijke app, Valt continu weg. Chromecast is zeer instabiel. Ok motogp app is stuk duurder maar werkt gewoon perfect, kunt motogp app ook gewoon op tv gebruiken. Echt een schande voor f1. Bespaar je veel frustratie en geld.

The app is simply bad, no way around it, no excuses. The service is broken. It’s definitely not worth the money and aggravation. The app does not full screen cast properly from airplay to full screen on television. The app does not properly behave for video on demand IE doesn’t properly save where you left off watching. F1TV does not honor early season discount voucher when their e-commerce site is not functioning correctly. I’d love to watch F1, but not like this.

Stream is better this week, but audio and video is often out of sync. What the hell is going on guys? Please use the money we pay to provide a proper stream, it can‘t be that hard.

Just horrible. Firstly, I did a trial and then cancelled, which required stating a reason. As I don't like this practice I put some blatant lie - that the user deceased. Surprise, in a few days I got charged for the annual subscription. Didn't matter as I decided to keep it but it just says a lot already. Might be an error or might be a shady practice. Secondly, the first race in this forced sale was terrible - just as others have written - stream pauses and "buffers", however, it is a bug as simply refreshing immediately continues the stream, all at FHD without dropping. Definitely not user's connection issue. Well I emailed them that watching the race with refreshing every minute is not worth my payment and asked for a reasonable one month extension as a compensation and received a generic email saying they had issues and wished me to enjoy next GP. No thanks, will demand a full refund and watch on some illegal stream where the quality is superior. Lastly, I understand that Sky commentators are British and are full of bias towards their LH, Russel, and so on. Every race we need to hear "fantastic job from the British driver" over and over while they remind us every race this is LH's 99 pole, xxxx race win, and so on - we get it, just add one every race. However, on a service sold worldwide this ceases to be ok. I don't think they should do their own commenting as their studio is pure amateurism at its best but they should tell Sky to cut this down as the rest of the world does not give a **** about nationalities of the drivers.
