Hello, We are sincerely sorry that you were unable to use the card as per your interests. Please note that not all services accept prepaid cards as a form of payment. It depends on their payment policy. Additionally, the cards we offer possess distinctive features so may function differently with the same merchant. The card you purchased (btw the price was $12.99, not 13.5) does not operate with PP, the same is reflected on our website as well. Regarding the refund, a refund policy is openly stated on our website. Unfortunately, prepaid cards are not same as regular reloadable debit/credit cards and not all the services accept prepaid cards as a form of payment. The cards we offer do not operate with skrill but they do work with google play. In reference to the balance, please make sure that balance on the card did cover the total to be paid.
