Hello, We are sorry to hear about your unsuccessful experience. Regarding the 5 websites in question please make sure they do accept international prepaid cards as a payment method or PayPal. Concerning Namecheap, a direct card payment may be declined if your IP address does not match the billing data. Alternatively, as mentioned above, you can pay via PayPal (personal account). Simply link the card, confirm it by submitting the verification code and make the payment. You can use Ezzocard cards to pay anonymously online on most websites that accept Mastercard or Visa prepaid cards, as well as for verification of/payments via Paypal. Here you can find some of the examples where our cards can be used https://ezzocard.com/how-to-use-virtual-credit-cards Regards

Hello, We are sorry to hear that you had had such a bad exchange rate. However, we are not the one who provided this exchange rate. We sell USD and CAD cards for USD. Even if a card in CAD you can easy calculate what amount it is in USD. There are no hidden fees and payments. We always inform everyone who contacts us how our cards work with particular websites, if we know. There are millions of websites with different payment policies. Our cards can be used on websites which accept prepaid cards as a method of payment. Thus, our cards work with most of the websites, but not with all of them. Please take it into consideration when you buy a card.

Hello, Sorry for the delay in our reply. All cards are delivered automatically on our website after a successful payment. Please note that the page with the card details or card awaitance cannot be reopen (it opens only once for security reasons). Probably you have closed the page or the payment confirmation took too long but we always email unreceived cards to the customers if they have indicated their email addresses in the order form or if a customer contacts us (whichever comes first). Regarding Balance check, as explained on our website unfortunately the balance check/card registration for Blue/Green cards is currently experiencing some difficulties. The problem is being attended. It should be fixed soon. Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences. But we will be glad to help our customers. In this case please give us your card number, name and the address (if you need to register your card) or just a card number to check the balance. Regarding your saying that the card has been used by someone else but not you, after receiving the card data the responsibility for storing the card details rests with the buyer. After getting the card details please save them in a secure place so no one will have a possibility to steal your card data. Regards

Dear customer, Unfortunately, currently Aliexpress has stopped accepting prepaid cards. As soon as we found out about this, we started informing our customers. Please note that live chat support is available on a regular basis from 6 am to 3 PM GMT from Monday to Friday. If you tried to contact us on Saturday or Sunday, this may cause a delay in getting a response. Thank you.
