EzyCourseReviews of ezycourse.com

EzyCourse is an incredibly feature-rich platform that truly stands out for its versatility and user-friendly design. It offers a comprehensive suite of tools, making it easy for creators to build, manage, and sell courses online with customization options that cater to a wide range of needs. The standout feature, however, is their customer service—it’s exceptional. The support team is highly responsive, going above and beyond to address questions and provide solutions, making the setup process smooth and stress-free. They’re always ready to listen to user feedback and continuously improve the platform, which shows in their regular updates. With such robust features and an excellent support team, EzyCourse makes online course creation accessible and enjoyable for users of all experience levels.

I've been using EzyCourse for the past three months. And the platform is truly an all-in-one solution! I needed to create and host my courses online, but here I’m getting communities, email marketing features, and other options like selling digital or physical products. I got everything I needed in one place. One thing that pleased me is their excellent customer support. Highly recommend EzyCourse to any online educators!

I have used EzyCourse for 1 year now. I tried many educational platforms before, but I have to admit that it is currently the best educational platform which offers the most features, the best technical support and customer care so far. There are many reasons for a self-employed educator to choose EzyCourse: 1. Their development team will do everything they can to help customers get all technical issues solved. They allow you to schedule video calls at almost any time during their working hours so that you can explain your issues in detail. This is a much better experience since we do not need to write a long email, take screenshots, or record videos to illustrate our issues. 2. As an Elite member, I can have the privilege to have a conversation with the CEO who always reply your message quickly and forwards my feature request to the development team. This makes me feel that they really put their customers as the top priority, and all my good development ideas will be realized with the help of the EzyCourse team. 3. EzyCourse also offers Elite LTD which includes so many outstanding features to satisfy the needs of course creators, and they still work hard every day to improve their products and accommodate everyone's feature request. Even though EzyCourse is a start-up company, I have seen so much improvement and growth in it over the past year. Therefore, I have great faith in their development team and upcoming products because they have not only talent but also a kind heart. Best wishes to EzyCourse!

Let me tell you, I have tried many LMS platforms over the last couple of years, looking for the forever home of my community. Thinkific, Kartra, SamCart, New Zenler, Simvoly, Buddy Boss, Mighty Networks, and finally Skool. 🤯 All of those others were lacking one thing or another. I found EZY Course and have stopped looking. Continue if you want to know why I will be sticking with them. During the trial, I found everyone to be helpful and the platform was amazing for the cost. I had reservations because it is a newer platform without many reviews yet. To be honest, I may have just been tired of switching platforms. I canceled the trial but never had the experience another reviewer had. I canceled the trial, and that was it; no charges at all. Maybe that person didn't cancel the trial on time.🤷‍♀️ After the trial was canceled, I kept thinking about EZY Course like a date that didn't call me back, 😆. I spent time in thier FB Group and learned that the company owner is not "new" in the field, has a parent Software/SaaS Company, and has been working on EZYCourse for quite a while. This resolved a huge concern for me. Within a month, I returned during one of their promos and talked to a Customer Service Rep, I told them the promo provided a few things I did not need but did not have things I wanted. They customized a package and payment plan specifically for me. Who does that? EZY Course does. The developer team is fantastic and makes regular improvements. They are doing anything they can to improve listening to the users experiences and needs. Customer service is excellent. There should be no reason I will be leaving EZY Course anytime soon. I could not find another platform that had everything I needed in the price range EZY Course offers. Do yourself a favor and start a trial if you are looking for an all in one learning/community platform.

The platform seems to be in its early stages and could have potential, but the people behind it and their way of charging money have made me not want to work with such a team behind the platform. I did a trial, and like many other trials I’ve done before, they would notify me that the trial was ending or that the money would be charged. They charged without notifying me and are giving me the money back minus the Stripe fees. This is where I saw their beginner mentality.

Ezycourse is a wonderful platform with a great and strong team behind. Improvements are coming at the speed of light and the found is well aware of the needs of teachers and creators. I'm so glad I found it and invested on it, Ezycourse is going to become a top leader platform.

Great platform with several functions and flexibility. Ease of use. Top of the line client support. Great addons.

So this platform is amazing, I just LOVE it! It's easy to use, has a lot of features, even some features I didn't know I needed. I actually uploaded my courses on another platform and then discovered ezycourse and switched over to them immediately. The team is great and helpful and supportive. I'm going to be using the platform for a very long time.
