Ezway ParkingReviews of ezwayparking.com

I used to use this lot exclusively. Despite the fact that the woman at the front desk has consistently been one of the rudest, most unpleasant, and unprofessional employees I’ve ever encountered, I remained a loyal customer because the prices were competitive and the service had always been reliable. Unfortunately, that changed on my most recent trip. I arrived with a confirmed reservation only to find a “Lot Full” sign at the entrance. The staff refused to honor my reservation, and while I was there, they turned away at least three other customers who were in the exact same situation. When I asked what I was supposed to do, the front desk employee showed no concern for the inconvenience and simply told me to “call the app” There was no attempt to help, no apology, and no effort to find a solution. As a result, I had to scramble to find parking and ended up paying significantly more for short term parking at the airport. I won’t be using this lot again, and I can’t recommend it to anyone who needs dependable airport parking. If you have a flight to catch, don’t risk relying on a reservation here—they may not honor it. ….Oh and forgot to add on two previous occasions, an entire cup of coffee was spilled in my car when I returned and the trip before that one, there was damage to my wife’s car. So, not only will you be treated like garbage by the miserable people that work there but you might miss your flight and return to property damage. This place should be shut down.

Let me begin by saying that I have used EZ Way for almost 10 years. I have found them reliable, if not all together accommodating. However, I shall never use them again. In April I made a reservation for July 3-July 12. We arrived around 10am on July 3rd, only to find that they had posted a sign at the gate stating that the lot was full. I assumed that the sign was not intended for anyone with a reservation. I proceeded to the office. As soon as I entered, before I could say a word, the young lady at the counter said that the lot was full. I replied that I had a reservation to which her immediate response was: “Well, we cancelled your reservation.” She turned and took a phone call. I waited until she was off the phone and said I couldn’t believe what she had just told me. Then an older gentleman from behind the counter stated that my reservation had been cancelled. I asked how they could take a reservation and then allow the lot to be too full to fufill the reservation. He tried to explain that they had not taken the reservation, but a third party had. I said no, this is your reservation. He said to look at the top of my reservation, it had a third party name on it. It does not, the only name is EZ Way parking. To be clear, I had paid a deposit on the reservation (which I am still waiting to be returned) and, what I find to be the nail in this coffin is that I was never notified of a cancellation either by email or text. EZ Way is now EX Way for me!

So bad!!!!! Damage your car they drive it while your car is there. Desk staff is arrogant they play a game send you an email confirmation then try to screw you if you can't show it at time of pickup you pay much more money all they have to do is look you up in the computer it's a scam JUST AVOID ALL TOGETHER!!!!!!! HIRE SOMEONE WHO IS PLEASENT NOT A LAZY PERSON

Spend a bit more money and get a shuttle that is reliable. Waited almost 2 hours for pick up at airport. Not a good end to a trip. EZ airport park in Toronto is easily the worst parking experience we have had.

Do not trust this company! I reserved a parking lot 4 days before and my reservation was confirmed. When I came 5am morning to park my car they said there is no available space. Everybody can imagine you have only 2 hours to flight and no space to park. Thank you The Parking Spot McClellan helping me to park my car.

Booked a Space weeks in advance for our trip 7/25/18, Arrived at Ez way parking in Newark airport at 4;00am to find that the lot was FULL, The attendant was not even remotely concerned at the fact that this inconvenience would cause us to possibly miss our flight .would not recommend parking at this lot unless of course you are prepared to miss your flight .With the amount of technology available today it makes no sense that this company cannot mange there bookings properly .. Extremely Disappointed .

They damaged my car while it was parked there. Now they won't return my calls or emails. Have tried repeatedly for 2 weeks. No response. Over $1500 in damages. Do NOT park here!
