Very seldom do you see or experience a Tech Support team as helpful, knowledgeable and courteous as this one! Both systems I bought are great but are only as good as the Tech Support team. And if I may, I’ll not mention her name here (K), but EZ should be more than proud to have her on your team!

Couldn’t be happier with EZ
Ordering my new computer was super easy and it was delivered about 5 days before expected, now that is pretty great but I also go two unexpected phone calls to make sure this was the pc I really needed and then to make sure everything was okay with it. I was really pleased with the level of care I was given both times by two fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated customers service folks. I am a customer for life.

Gene did an Amazing Job Helping Me …
Working with Gene made the ordering experience excellent! I have bought 2 computers over the last 5 years from Gene and he always helps get my order correct. The technical support team is amazing as well. I really appreciate having in house, US based technical computer experts who help me with my computer needs.

I recently bought a computer from here and they are awesome!
I recently bought a computer from here and Gene went above and beyond to ensure I had it set up to best suit my needs. I didn’t know some things and requested certain things that would have impacted performance and cost me extra money. Instead he took an hour to answer all my questions and provided critical insights and help me optimize the computer for my needs. He wasn’t try to sell me on useless items to make money his suggestions and insights ensured that I am getting the best possible outcome for my needs. 1000 starts out of 10 !! Gene deserves a raise because this is the kind of customer service that goes above and beyond my expectations and is the exact type of person and service I would want at a business of my own.Built on great service, trust, and putting the customer needs first. Immediately banned on yt
It’s a bit strange as the content of the videos is very good but you get IMMEDIATELY banned from leaving comments on his YouTube channel when you point out facts which are being left out to sell their computers. Leaves you with the feeling what else is being hidden from you. I just continue to get Dell workstations for my daytrading. There’s a reason JP Morgan and other professional trading floors are using them for decades.

Appreciate you saying the content's good — that genuinely means a lot. Let me set the record straight for anyone reading. Nobody here gets banned for pointing out facts. I'll debate hardware with anyone, all day long — 16 years in this business, I have no problem being told I'm wrong. Comments only get removed for personal attacks or profanity. That's the line, and it's the only line. On the Dell workstation point — worth addressing, because it's a common misconception. Big trading floors buy workstations like Dell Precisions for procurement and IT reasons: fleet management, enterprise warranties, standardized support contracts across thousands of seats. Not because workstation GPUs are better for trading. They aren't. Cards like the Nvidia T-series and A-series are built for CAD and 3D rendering — certified drivers, ECC memory — none of which does anything for multi-monitor charting. For an individual trader, a consumer RTX card paired with a high single-thread CPU outperforms a workstation card for charting, and costs far less. "JP Morgan uses them" answers a different question than "what's best for your desk." Happy to talk real specs with anyone, anytime. — Eddie Z

Not A Good Company
I don't know, I think these good reviews are written by EZ's employees. I bought my son a computer from them for Christmas. It is now May 27th and I am still getting the run around. First they said they are having problems getting parts, then they said they hired a new person so it won't be long. The last email they said they changed their payment vendor. I just now asked for my money back. I'll keep you informed. Oh, I only waited this long because it's what my son wanted and that is the same reason that I used this "company" in the first place.

I've checked carefully, because we take a complaint like this seriously. The most likely explanation is a mix-up: there's a separate, unrelated company with a similar name that we're regularly confused with. Based on the details you've described, I believe your order was with them, not with us. We've never changed our payment vendor, and the situation you're describing doesn't match anything in our records. How the heck do you trade with a broken computer?
I made the mistake of buying a high end trading computer and then using it to robo trade forex. Advice #1, always use a VPS for a reliable server and internet connection. That will save you money up front by buying a less costly computer and save you possible trading losses. Advice #2, if you open your failed EZ Computer to promptly repair a failure so you can trade (the entire purpose of buying their junk), EZ will void/cancel your warranty. EZ expects an active trader to box and send the failed computer back to them or their repair shop. Advice #3, EZ may not send your computer with all they claimed when purchased. Mine did NOT have promised Bluetooth capability (really didn't matter for my trading but still a FAIL by EZ).

You're right about the VPS — for automated forex, that's the correct tool, and we tell traders the same thing every week. A trading desktop and a VPS do different jobs: one runs your charts and analysis, the other keeps a bot running 24/7. The best setups use both. On the rest — a genuine failure is exactly what the warranty's for, so call us and we'll diagnose it and make it right. Opening the case only affects coverage if a part swap causes damage, same as any custom builder. And if anything ever shipped missing what we promised, that's ours to fix. 16 years building these.
