Cannot Contact Eztotz
I would rather not write this review, but I have not heard back from eztotz even though I have been contacting them since May 16 about the items missing from my order. I really like the products that I have from eztotz, and my daughter likes them, too. We own the purple silicone spoons, the pink plastic cups, the penguin teether, and the key teether. I ordered another teether and more spoons because my daughter is eating more solids now, but when they sent me my order, they only sent the teether. The package said both items, so it was probably just a mistake and someone forgot to add the other item to the shipping envelope. This would not have been a big deal except that I have not been able to contact anyone at eztotz. I sent numerous messages to them through their website and emailed them about it, too. There is no phone number listed on their website otherwise I would have called them. I don’t really know what else to do, especially because I really like the company and their products. However, their costumer service appears to be nonexistent. Eztotz, if you see this review, please respond to my messages!
