Changes observed in a research subject may develop gradually over the course of a protocol rather than immediately. A short evaluation window can sometimes look like a product issue when it simply is not enough time to draw that conclusion. More importantly, subjective experience and objective data are two very different things. How something “feels” can certainly shape an opinion, but it does not establish the identity, purity, potency, or quality of a product. That is precisely why we rely so heavily on independent laboratory testing rather than subjective impressions. Every batch is independently tested, and the results are not something you simply have to take our word for. Unfortunately, the similarity in our names has caused some confusion between the two companies in the past. Based on the company name referenced throughout your review, along with our review of our own records, it appears your purchase and subsequent customer service interaction were with that company rather than with us. In our response, we requested additional information regarding the products, handling, storage, and timeline so we could investigate your concerns further. At this time, we are still awaiting a reply from you so we may continue the review process. As of now, we have not identified broader trends, testing data, or other reports indicating an issue with the batches in question. Jason, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. However, we have no order information from anyone with your name or similar, nor do we have any customer service interaction history with the same via email, text, phone, or chat. I believe you may have us confused with a different company, which does happen at times. I will be requesting your information from this platform so we may hopefully get information in case you were a customer under a different name. The experience you describe is not at all the type of service we provide, so we really want to help get to the bottom of this.

Payments on our site are processed by a secure third party payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We also protect the site with a managed web application firewall, login and brute force protections, malware and file integrity monitoring, and we keep our website software and our security plugins updated automatically. We already reviewed your purchase and our payment records, and we found no indication of any compromise connected to our checkout. Your order was delivered successfully and was not returned, so we want to be clear that the concern raised here is about unrelated card activity, not about delivery or product issues. While the timing can feel alarming, unauthorized charges can originate from many sources outside the merchant. We recommend working with your card issuer to dispute the fraudulent transactions and request a replacement card.
