It's a scam company even after having good publication authority
It's been more than 4-5 months and they did not make a refund to me. What's the problem? I paid them 1000$ for publishing my article on Reuters.com almost 4-5 months ago but they said they can't publish my article, so I asked them to return my 1000$ What scam they did to me? I requested a refund of my 1000$ that was paid via stripe bank transaction, I have the invoice if anyone wants proof I can show that. They refused to return they told me that I have to consult my bank and I have to ask them to initialize the payment refund, so I did. The process took almost a month and the payment refunded to me. How them scammed me then? After receiving the refund, they claimed the refund after few days and my payment got back to their account, then I told them to please give me my funds back and after that I have been constantly asking them to please return my money for 4-5 months, but they are scammers and not replying to me. I hope you help me about it, I have high hopes from trustpilot and you guys, Thanks

Your $1,000 was refunded in full on August 15, sent to the bank account the payment came from. ACH refunds take up to three business days and will appear as a credit referencing the original charge rather than a labeled refund. We had tried refunding your purchase earlier, but your bank did not accept it. On the release itself: we declined it because the content was in a restricted category we don't distribute — cryptocurrency and stock trading promotion. We also declined your request to send the refund to a personal cryptocurrency wallet and to PayPal. Refunds go back to the original payment method — that's standard payment-processing practice and a basic fraud-prevention safeguard.
