I was looking for replacement 12V 18Ah batteries for my Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller. I chose EZ Mobility Battery because they provided the original equipment manuals on their website. Unlike the big marketplaces, a real person answered the phone to confirm the F2 terminal size. The batteries were Deep Cycle AGM (SigmasTek), which is exactly what a mobility scooter needs for long-range use (NOT THE SAME AS A CAR BATTERY). Batteries shipped out the next day and arrived within 2 business days. Tracking was updated with UPS very quickly as well. Highly recommend for anyone who needs technical support and high-quality mobility batteries.
