***UPDATE*** Matt texted me directly and got my refund within seconds, came here to change my review due to the prompt response from him in trying to rectify this situation for me. I will certainly use them in the future if it means the tradeline would work for what I intend to do. Purchased a trade line which I requested to be canceled couple of hours later. I emailed to request for a refund and cancelation,however, cancelation was processed but not my refund and now I can't get anybody to respond to my emails.
