Very good and quick contact for change some details. Great glasses, unfortunately they do not float so lost one after diving in the sea. Replacement was very ease and organised with a short email.

Before my purchase, I made enquires via email, and was almost immediately receives replies. even when I further make enquires, similarly was answered immediately. after I made the purchase, it was delivered ahead of time line. after using the sunglasses for a few days, I find it a little too tight fitting. when I inform via email about it, was offered a discount of 50%. Truely a satisfying experience.
