Having been bombarded with emails…
Having been bombarded with emails tempting me back for a repurchase, I thought why not, I've bought from them before and as far as I remember I had no problem, so I placed an order for the exact same glasses expecting to receive them within days. However this time I received no 'review your purchase', 'order confirmation' or 'shipment on its way' email, instead the payment was taken and I am left wondering what is going on. I got in touch with Eyekeeper and received this response 'Expect another 1-2 weeks for delivery. If there is no any progress, please feel free to contact us'. Had I known that my order was on a slow boat from China, or read the reviews, I would have bought elsewhere. For some reason I thought the glasses were being sent from the UK but 2 weeks later I am still waiting and beginning to get concerned that they may not come at all. I will not be buying from this company again and would not recommend. Buyer beware!

£20 Glasses flown from China
£20 Glasses flown from China , are you kidding me. Thought the delivery was just Royal Mail cos it was cheap. But no. There is no info about how long delivery will take at point of purchase. Still waiting for delivery Finally got them after two weeks. 27.11.23. They are rubbish. The lens is out of focus at the edge of the glasses. never had a pair that did that ? Only ok for looking directly ahead.

J ai commandé des lunettes au mois de septembre 2023, le montant a été prélevé le 28/09 et ma commande n'apparaît nulle part sur le site et impossible de rentrer en contact avec eux , ni.de suivre celle-ci. Je pense que je ne les recevrais jamais et que c est une belle arnaque ! !!

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS
If it was possible to give these scammers a negative score I would. They should be banned/blocked from any internet based business. I ordered my glasses on 18th July and after reading countless fake tracking updates they now show as “returned to sender”. The package allegedly got to my local depot and then disappeared, they gave me a new tracking number 4 days ago but this time they can’t even be bothered to enter ANY information. I’ve asked for a refund but I’m guessing they have no honour or integrity and won’t bother to return my money Filthy scammers when will I learn

Dear buyer, Sorry for all inconvenience. Your first parcel we also really sent out, as for the delay, it is the logistics provider side of the problem. The new tracking number we've provided you with also has logistical information. It takes 2-4 days for the tracking number to be updated. We have issued a full refund. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. The actual time may depend on the processing time of your bank. Please wait patiently.

One star... ease of ordering. Product not as advertised. Lenses do not transition and frames crooked. Opted to return the glasses. Post office was unable to issue a return label because the address provided does not exist! Shipping would have been only $1.99! Forced to go with option accepting a 30%refund. Full refund claim minus shipping is very misleading. Eye glasses are in the rubbish where the product belongs. Beware this company has unscrupulous tactics.

Pretends to ship from its UK warehouse but they are chinese and send from CHINA which i specifically didn't want
