They have all the traces of scammers.....4 weeks I been waiting for my delivery. Tracking number faked. Why they allowed easy scamming on the Internet ?

Please do yourself a favor and do not order from these people. Their customer service is so unprofessional. They are giving me the most difficult time in order to refund me my money. Go to dollar tree or the 99 store to buy reading glasses, just about the same but only cheaper. If I could, I would give no stars!

Scammers, ordered and paid then nothing, I sent an email and I got an email say it was delivered in worcester but I refused to sign so sent back...I live in a different County and nothing came to house.

Three weeks after ordering reading glasses and blue lense glasses for computer time, a package arrived from China. The package was very light, in fact so light, it was empty! I emailed Eyekeeper 10 days ago, got two email responses saying they would resend glasses and keep me informed of progress. Heard nothing since, despite sending a chasing email yesterday.....not overly confident of a positive outcome.

Do not use this company scammers. Glasses that came were a joke .lenses very very thick. I wouldn't be seen dead in them. Tried to get a refund . No chance .. DONT DO IT

I ordered reading glasses on December 10, 2020. It is December 13, 2021, and they haven't arrived. The tracking number eyekeeper provided indicates that they are still in Pennsylvania. Eyekeeper provides extremely poor service and cheap, but inferior quality products. I won't order from them again and will dispute their bill on my credit card.

Do not use this company. If they are even a legitimate company. No items received and was charged over 18 dollars. Trying to get a refund but no response.

I bought 4 pairs of plus 3 glasses (my normal reading strength) however the lense quality is so poor that you cannot focus to read anything with them. I’ve requested to return them but given the fact I had to wait 3 weeks for delivery from China I doubt I will get my money back
