Excellent quality, poor delivery. I have used Eyeglass Direct for many years. The quality of the glasses has always been excellent and the affordable prices allow me to have multiple sets of distance, reading and sun glasses for home, work and in the car. Delivery times have gotten to be very long. When I first did business, delivery was about one week, Now, it is more like one month, and since I travel often, this is a problem because I cannot schedule deliveries to be where I will need them. I am hoping that Eyeglass Direct adds more employees or makes other arrangements to fix this problem.

Product delivered was as expected. Time from order placement to delivery could have been better.

they were polite and came up with a solution to weld the frames of mine that were broken however they have broke again on the other side, I don't know if the weld applied weakened the weld or what but I don't have glasses to where at this time.

Ordered 4 pairs of new prescription lenses in existing frames (across 2 orders). Everything came out nice but they were a little disorganized with their shipping. Sent me a message that the glasses were mailed back to me - to wrong address - called them to track the shipment and was informed that in fact they were still with them and would correct the mailing address. Took an extra week. Maybe it was a one off problem.

I did not receive a confirmation email when I sent in my frames with a new order for lens...so had to give them a call. Except for that, the quality and process was great. I will use again and do recommend.
