Good service.

Personable and easy to work with. However, this was my second pair of glasses and both took quite a bit longer than expected. The glasses were the brand and were made to order. The case provided was good quality as well.

I couldn't find the Cool Clip eyeglass frames and clips I really like anywhere locally, so I decided to try online. I couldn't tell from the Eyeglass Direct website whether the frames I searched for came with the clip or were sold separately. Since the price was a lot LESS than I expected, I figured it was the latter scenario. Therefore, I emailed the company. They didn't answer the question I had directly, but they did let me know it was in stock and I could order via phone. When I called, the representative for the company was super-sweet. She said that the price I saw online was indeed for the frame PLUS the clip. I was amazed! I was able to order over the phone, which I prefer. Not long thereafter, I got an email from the US Postal Service that my order had shipped. It gave me a tracking number to check on its status. The glasses were very carefully packaged--wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap, in addition to the case that came with the frame and clip. I was happy with my experience with Eyeglass Direct. I will surely use this company again, if I need to order glasses, but can't find what I need locally at a price I can afford. I would also recommend it to a friend.

I have no complaints with the company or the glasses. The glasses are not absolutely top notch, but I didn't expect them to be. They were the cheapest I could find online. The are, however, perfectly functional and have given me no problems or issues. The order was handled reasonable promptly and without any problems. All in all I got a good pair of glasses for the lowest price any where. Can't complain about that.

This was the first time I used them. Would do business with them again.

I have used the company for years and found them to be really decent people who turn out an acceptable product for an excellent price. When there was an error one time a number of years ago, the glasses were exchanged in a timely manner with no charge, no sniveling. I will continue to use them.
