I was very happy with the service on my existing frames and price and delivery were fine. A slight misfit to one of the lenses makes its axis unstable - requiring professional verification.

Very helpful with sorting out my order due to an error. Glasses came in good condition but it did take a little longer than I expected.

Good quality lenses

I shipped two glasses to Eyeglass Direct. One pair for a prescription lens and the other for a pretty extensive frame repair. The person I spoke with was professional and very knowledgeable. After our conversation I was confident my frames were in good hands. The reason why I did not give them 5 stars is because 1; I had to pay to ship my glasses (the website advertised free shipping) 2; I believe the cost to repair the frames was a bit expensive (that is subjective and I was advised of the price prior to the commitment but after frames were shipped and physically examined) 3: Coincidentally the glasses were shipped the following day after I called after waiting about three weeks. In all fairness I was advised that the glasses had to be shipped off-site for repair hence the delay. My glasses arrived very well packaged. I was particularly pleased by how clean the lense on my old glasses were. Overall I was thoroughly impressed by the experience and I would highly recommend this company.

The website gave me a little trouble, my order did not go through at first, so I ordered again. Then after checking my CC, two orders were placed. But after calling them, they fixed it right away. My order was delivered very quickly. Great glasses at an amazingly low price !
