I had to order a pair of glasses for an incarcerated individual. Because of this the instructions and rules for the order had to be very specific. Too specific to order over the website. So I called the customer service line and was transferred to the optometrist. He was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation. He personally entered the order into the system and made sure everything was correct so the glasses would not be rejected once reaching the prison. His help and the specific customization options for the ordering process in general made the whole experience an un-forgettable one. I would highly recommend this company to others based on the customer service alone. As for the quality of the product, the recipient of the glasses says he is happy with them. I personally don't wear glasses so I am unable to speak any further on that matter. Thanks so much for all of your help!!
