Randy is someone I started sending my vintage sunglasses frames to I’d pick up on eBay and other places to turn into prescription glasses and sunglasses. There’s no frame he can’t produce precise lens that match my subscription in whether it’s vintage Persol, Rayban or old grampa round wire frames. He makes progressive tinted and clear lens for me. It’s competitive priced and always done perfectly even with me sending frames from Texas all the way to Brooklyn, he saves me money by working with prescriptions I send him from wherever I get checked locally. I’ve never met him in person but I’ve gotten to know him and we’ve had very long discussions over the phone about all types of subjects. Good dude!

The post office lost my frames and delivered a broken box to Eyeglasses Direct. I got a phone call from the owner to go over my options. He emailed me the form and photos of the damaged package and explained the process to submit a claim and get a refund from USPS. Once that was handled I sent in a replacement set of frames and it was all good after that.
