I have used Eyeglassdirect.com for years now and I am always pleased. Always good value for the money, fast turnaround, accurately fill prescriptions, take the time to answer questions and are definitely punching above their weight as far as quality, value, timeliness and great service.

I sent in previous glasses - 3 pair - that I had gotten from them and worn for years. I had new lenses put in. Everything went very smoothly. They look great and are like brand new. The representative who handled my order was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Randy was very helpful with my return and reorder of another pair.

I had ordered an incorrect prescription, and they were very helpful in fixing the problem.

I love my glasses and needed new prescription change. I am so addicted to my frameless glasses , I couldn't find the frames again so I had my lens replaced with my frame ,Wonderful job. I have lost his name, but he mentioned that he had been working there for 40 years. He helped install some new lenses in replacement frames I had ordered, when neither a Jeweler nor Lenscrafters was able to open the frames. Fast and courteous, with a request that must be considered outside the norm.
