Thanks for reminding me to right this review. I have been buying my glasses form your store for years. But something went wrong this last time So I have resorted to continue to wear my old glasses. My prescription has never changed. Lucky the I guess. But this last pair of glasses. Just not right. For some reason you put the lenses in some kind of flexable frams that will actually just fall of my head. And the Prescription is all over the place. I tried over and over to wear them but I finally gave up. Please return to the old way you made my glasses. Just duplicate. The glasses You made for me befor these last one. Worst eyeglass company I've ever encountered. Unusable prescription lenses, refusal to honor their 30-day money-back guarantee for prescription accuracy, and shipping delays on top of it. Returned the lenses, they refunded nothing. I can't not recommend them enough.

Received glasses in 13 days from order. Mailing issues were encountered as tracking info I received from eyeglass direct claimed a post office pickup was requested. It was not. After a unessessary trip to PO I was informed it was out for delivery. I received them two days later. Glasses had no spring hinges as advertised. Glasses had no temple covers. Cut was ok. I will not buy from this company again. I will recommend to friends and family not to buy from this company.

I recently purchased a pair of prescription glasses that were returned to me without temple tips on the wire frame. I ended up having to fix the problem myself because the company was too cheap to incur the shipping expenses of the return so the problem could be fixed. Don't expect any service after the sale if something goes wrong with your purchase.

I sent along my prescription and they denied having received it...I also sent along my notes duplicating the prescription verbatim. They made an error in one of the lenses and instead of taking responsibility they balmed me...It cost me an additional $32.00 Beware!

I can’t see out of them. Wrong script on glass.
