You will see that I have reviewed Eyeglass Direct highly in the past. I have used them several times and had been happy with their service. I think if you want to get clear lenses you are fine. However, I ordered pink tinted lenses for frames, the tint has slowly faded over a six month timeframe, these lenses are now clear. Absolutely no sign of any tint at all. Sadly. I emailed the company and asked if this was normal they said yes it was. Okay so as it is I am using a different company from now on. I called this new service and asked them if the tints on their lenses are temporary or permanent. Honestly the woman on the phone had to stop herself from laughing. She composed herself and said, “Permanent, of course.” I then explained that I had tinted lenses from another company and the tint faded. The customer service representative said, “Well that is weird. No you won’t have that problem with our service.” Suffice to say I won’t be using Eyeglass Direct again. Again, for clear lenses I have had no issues.

Did not return original ray ban eyeglass case.

Took longer than I expected but otherwise very satisfied

We have received very good glasses from Eyeglassdirect. However, their turn around time on an order is very far from my expectation for an online company. Four weeks for delivery and only shipped out after a phone call from me, is not acceptable.

The only thing problematic is the delay; they tend to "forget" to mail out the glasses.

The glasses are fine. I was annoyed at how long it took between when I ordered the glasses and when they finally arrived

It was very difficult to tell how the glasses would look and fit based on the description and images on the site. The measurements provided are not clear. I had to do a LOT of shaping of the frame to get it to fit because the measurements were not what I expected. The glasses are generally good, but become quite uncomfortable after a few hours of wear. Finally, there was no cleaning cloth included in the shipment as promised. I inquired via email and was promised again that one would be sent; it never arrived. Inexpensive product compared to local optometry offices, but not the greatest overall experience.

Glass lens were exactly as advertised, but titatium flex frames leave a lot to be desired. I ordered the j124 frames and one of the nose cross pieces broke the first week
