The prescription was wrong and I'm not able to wear the glasses. I got severe headaches when I tried to use them and took them to my doctor who confirmed the prescription was not correct. UPDATE: After posting this review, I got an immediate call from the company to remedy the issue. I will update again, as the situation changes. UPDATE: This company remade the lens and I received the glasses back today. I appreciate their prompt response to my issue and am glad it has all been resolved. As a note: I never give a 5 star review, because I believe there is always room for improvement. So consider this 4 star review a very good one, since it is as high as I go!

Two pair of glasses were sent for replacement prescription lenses. Cost was extremely reasonable, 90% less than my eyecare practicioner quote. Glasses were returned in 2.5 weeks. I would definitely recommend.

Glasses were true to my prescription and fit.It took little over 2 weeks and a phone call till I finally received my glasses.Unfortunately the order was not complete and I had to send them, back.It was then promptly taken care of and had the glasses back in 5 days. I could recommend buying glasses from Eyeglassddirect

Customer service and the repairs on my glasses were excellent. It took about 4 weeks to get my glasses back, but I live on the West coast. Earlier reviews suggested a quicker turn around. I would still use them again even with the longer turn around time.

I busted the arm off. Called up and they said they could handle it and guess what they were right. Only complaint is that the finish of the plastic on the arm of my glasses is damaged, but it had to be done to repair the arm. who am i to complain

I have ordered twice from Eyeglass Direct and will continue to order again. Regular progressive eyeglasses were a bargain but the progressive sunglasses I ordered, in my opinion were over priced.
