I was a little skeptical at first due to me having my own frames and my prescription being a progressive one. From experience, I have seen techs taking my eyes and pupils measurements so my glasses can be done. In addition to these techs, a supervisor or someone with more experience, comes over and makes sure the measurements were "accurately" taken. All of these steps made me always feel that there's a lot into the process. With this being said, I purchased a pair of Nike frames on ebay and sent it off to eyeglassdirect and took the chance. Let me tell you something, I DON'T regret it at all. The glasses came back yesterday (a week after) and they were on point. I can even say better than any other glass store I've been in person before! Their personnel was awesome; I called for a status since my old pair of glasses broke and wanted to know when the new ones would be delivered. A lady, I hate I didn't grab her name, assisted me extremely well. In conversation I told her that I'm a law enforcement officer, who works nights and needed my glasses. She said "they will be shipped tomorrow I will send them overnight so you can have them quicker!" When I asked her how much it would be, she said "it's on us!" Which was amazing. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner, who backed the lady's decision 100%. Finally, from this point on I will be buying my glasses from this company for sure. Highly recommend them to my friends and family!
