I was leery about sending them $150 for sunglasses I hadn't tried on, but took the plunge. I bought a pair of Maui Jim Pulama Polarized Rectangle sunglasses. Communication was good - they acknowledged the order, sent tracking info when they were shipped and notified me when delivered to my mailbox. The time from ordering to delivery was 5 days and shipping was free. The sunglasses are great and I recommend this company without reservation. The ONLY criticism I have is that I feel the website is a bit weak compared to other similar sellers. I'd like to see more filters - If I'm buying a cheap pair of glasses I prefer glass lenses and they're a must-have on something this expensive (I'm tough on sunglasses, leave them lying around, drop them... anything softer than glass gets scratched up pretty good). So... a glass lens filter would be great.

I've bought a ton of items from here and they have all been exactly what I ordered and shipped in a reasonable time.

I see that the average feedback is pretty bad, but my (only) experience was good.

I had great service with them

They offer good sunglasses cheap AF. I have ordered many times from them now, only once was a product damaged and it was a free return per their policy right on their web page. As for the product itself I see the debate 'raging' at this site I frequent and I believe most if not all the negative comments about the quality are from people who have not bought from eyedictive. Most brands have some sort of etching or imprinting on the lens and the frame. Counterfeits don't do that, or the few that do will do it poorly. Some complaints are about the styles, and I can agree with that to a point. Keep looking. They'll have something you like sooner or later. Taste is not a defining value of quality.
