Every pair I have bought (3) have broken in the same exact place at exactly 18months of use. The metal hinge broke. The metal literally broke into two pieces and the arm that goes over your ear just fell off. 100% a quality control issue. Their warranty is 12 months. For 90 bucks I would expect more. I have readers I paid 10 bucks for that have lasted longer. Will not buy from them again.

I ordered a pair of reading glasses for near vision. They sent me a distant vision set instead. Hmmm sure, we all make mistakes, CoVId and politics has everyone distracted, no problem. I sent them back after talking to customer service. 2 weeks later I get my glasses, try them on....distant vision again. Did they just sent the same glasses again?? This time I talked to them twice and sent a written message, arial font 24, plain English, a first grader could understand my request. Today I get my reading glasses (again) via Fed Ex, open the paper, put new glasses (there is no way they can screw up 3 times)....guess what. Same distant vision glasses. I give up on EyeBobs, what a shame. They should change their business to shoe delivery (wait, would I get 2 left sided shoes over and over again?). My advice: DO NOT USE EYEBOBS, EVER!
