I have been doing business with these guys for over 10 years and they have always been next to none. Customer service, products and shipping. And it saddens me to see these reviews. Ever since covid they honestly have just went to crap. I just placed an order on 5/22/2023 and haven't received it yet and it's messing with my cycle in a bad way. I've emailed 4 times and called just the same. I will be giving my bank a call and will be filling a charge back.

Took them 9 days to actually ship out, USPS received the envelope from them a week after printing the shipping label. Their website claims 3-5 day standard shipping. Took 14 days, domestic. Noticed that the powder in the bottles labeled PT-141 were rock hard, with portions of it stuck up under the cap. Reconstitution took forever as most of the substance did not want to dissolve. Used 3.5mg of the peptide and other than soreness at the injection site, there was zero effect. This has not been the case with more reputable suppliers. I suspect that the powder this company sent has either gone bad, is of significantly lesser quality, or it just isn't what they claim it to be.

I placed order, shipping label has been sitting in Florida for 3week, no response from the service department. I will be calling my credit card and submitting a claim. I wish I would have read the reviews. Go else where for your needs, just a warning. Do not purchase from this company!!!

I've had the same experience as many of you. Made a purchase on the 19th of April 2023, they created a shipping label for USPS on the 21st. Several days later, I started sending emails asking where my product was. No response. Made phone calls, and no response. I make copies of my emails and delivered them to my bank. They disputed the charge and I got my money back. Do not trust extreme peptides.

If I could rate this company on a negative scale it would be a negative star. I placed an order with this company on April 24 with 2-3 day priority shipping (in which I paid extra for). Today is May 2,2023 and I have yet to receive my order. I have sent over multiple emails in regards to my order and I have yet to receive any form of response. When I checked online a label was created on April 26,2023 and it had been saying the exact same thing for months with no movement. This was my first and last time placing an order with this company. This company MOST DEFINITELY SCAMMING customers.

Read all these reviews and be WARNED....they have absolutely taken to scamming people! Same exact scenario for me... Shipping label created over a week ago... Never SENT...will not respond to emails... I hope people read these reviews first before ordering... They're going to steal your money...
