I purchased the “Ultimate” package and loaded it up with a couple more things. I was studying some places for a while to buy my PC and Extreme PC for some reason made me feel more comfortable. Well, I had a question and used the Chat. I asked for a real person and a guy called “Jeffrey” came to my rescue right away. Great service and attention. That was 2 days ago and I can’t wait to have my new PC.

What my experience great was the amount of options available for upgrades and how easy it was to navigate through the website!

After leaving a less than positive review, I was contacted by a representative. Justin was exceptional at walking me through the process and providing solutions to my concerns. He went over & above in that aspect. Overall, it was not without a hiccup here and there. Justin assured the process went more smoothly. Complimentary overnight delivery was provided due to the confusion. I also must give credit to Alex for providing me an update that everything processed. I will continue to use Extreme PC for my various needs. In the end, they exceeded my expectations while leaving me options to upgrade in the future.

Haven’t got the PC yet but members of the team were in constant communication trying to help navigate the website. Multitude of finance companies to help with purchase available. Hoping the PC runs as well as everything else has gone so far.

Easy going experience
