Hello, Thanks for the review but in no way do we mention that this Kestrel battery door will fit other manufacturers meters. We do mention this “ All Basic battery doors are made to the same dimensions so any color you choose would fit any of the basic meters.” As in Kestrel Basic Meters (1000-3550). We then go on to mention this in red print that the battery door will only fit the current Kestrel basic model, not the older flat models”. I think this was just a case of misunderstanding. We will be happy to accept the battery door back for a full refund. Just contact us or log in to our store and make the return request.. Thanks!

Sorry you weren’t happy with our review requests. We are a small company so review requests are helpful in future customers decisions of where to shop and which products to purchase. We only send one review request for a review of the purchased product and one for a review of us. Thanks again! Mitch

Thanks for contacting us! Sorry you have not received your item yet. We did ship your item using USPS 1st class which is what you chose during checkout. I’m guessing you selected it in error. You can see the shipping method on your receipt or on your order status page. Tracking shows your package was out for delivery today but was delivered to an agent which could mean the postal delivery person could not make the delivery and will try again on the next business day or it could have been given to someone on your property. Did you receive mail yet today? If so, please give it until tomorrow. We hope you will see that we did process your order efficiently and we did ship your item within 24 hours using the method you chose. If you do not receive it in tomorrows mail, please let us know. Thanks again!

Hi, Sorry you did not receive your order. The order was shipping to Tunisia via USPS 1st class international during the COVID epidemic. It's been in the Tunisia Customs Department since April, using the shipping service you chose. I don't see how you can hold us responsible for shipping delays when it is the Tunisia Customs Department holding it up. We packaged your order securely and shipped within 24 hours. If you would have notified us again that you still had not received your order, we would have gladly sent two more to you via UPS and you would have had them in 4-6 business days. As it is now, we are happy to refund your purchase. Best Regards, Mitch

Thanks for the review. I do appreciate it as it helps us understand how our customers feel. I'm glad you saved some $$. I don't understand why canceling your order since we had no plans on restocking that particular item deserves a one star rating though. We did cancel your order quickly and sent an email explaining the situation to you. Thanks, Mitch

Thank you for the review! Sorry you were not happy with the shipping service you chose. We did ship your order within one business day. UPS had a shipping holiday on Memorial day so they did not pick up the order until Tuesday. We do mention in our shipping tab that we do not ship on Memorial day. It did take UPS an extra day to deliver, most likely due to the holiday backlog. We did use the service you chose though we did offer free shipping. We also refunded your shipping charge upon request due to the extra day it took UPS to deliver. Again, we do appreciate all customer feedback, positive and negative as it helps us to determine our shipping options, especially around holidays. Thanks again! Mitch

Hello Marius, Thank you for the feedback! Sorry your package has not arrived as of yet. We did ship your package securely within one business day using the international first class shipping service you chose. It is still within the usual time frame of International First Class. As you can see, it did arrive in the UAE within 12 days. It is most likely making it's way through customs. We have seen many delays this year due to a historic a amount of packages during the holiday season, coupled with COVID related social distancing at the different Postal Services. We will contact the US Postal Service to see if they can trace the order for you. I hope you will see that we did ship quickly and that your order is making it's way to you, be it slower than usual due to the issues I mentioned above. I will be back with an update as soon as I have it. Best Regards, Mitch
