They are always there if you need help and will work with you to setup what you want and need. The only negative comment is getting a hold of them on the phone. The part and support is the best.

I had some issues with the ordering process. When I contacted them for help, they always had a response that solved my problem. I'm 78 years old and not very technical, so I'm guessing the problem was more me than them I also remember what great customer service used to be. These guys treat potential customers the way they should be treated.

I liked the color that was pictured with what I received. What I didn’t like is the fit for the cover I ordered for my golf cart. It was quality leather but didn’t seem to fit my current seat. There were no straps to tighten the cover to the seat like my current cover. So I’m supposed drill a screw through it to make it snug. Not sure I see that lasting long term. So for the price I paid, I can’t say I’m satisfied with the product. Most of the covers I researched were $30 and I paid almost 6 times that, so in hindsight I will pass on reordering for my other cart.

Hey Chris! We are sorry to hear you had some trouble with your installation of these covers. We looked into you order and noticed that you had not reached out for assistance so we have had out technician reach out to assist with the installation of these covers as they should be stapled on, not screwed on! Know we are always here to help if you run into issues like this as customer satisfaction is HIGHLY important to us!
