I haven’t recieved my last pay. They keep telling you, you will recieve your last day at 4 business days. But until now it’s almost one month. You have no time to learn because their rules is very strict. They don’t know how to consider especially to newly hired. No time to learn and process and their team leader is very perfectionist.

Made my purchase 3/17/15. Made an inquiry 4/30/15. Still no updates. Emailed them. No response. It is now 6/6/15. This is the second time I've tried using them. The first time they initially did not pay. Had to do an inquiry to get payment. This time, they didn't pay. They didn't respond to my inquiry. They didn't respond to emails. I am 0 for 2 in smooth transactions with them. Hopefully, they correct this situation or I am done. There are so many other cashback sites available nowadays. Why stick to one that is reluctant to pay and ignores the users?

I bought $4000 worth of merchandise from B&H photo through extrarebates.com which, according to their site, was supposed to give me 1.75% back ($66). Nothing showed up in my account. I emailed their "help" desk and was told to file an inquiry. I filed my inquiry and waited. And waited. AND WAITED. It's been nearly a month now since I my purchase, nothing has shown up in my account and extrarebates has mysteriously stopped responding to my emails! SCAM!!!!! I've never had a problem like this with any of the other cashback sites--just this one! Going to see if I can file a complaint with the BBB now.
