Product was what I ordered and was shipped in a timely manner, however, I received no order confirmation or any other correspondence for that matter and I had to contact support to make sure my order even went through. Communication needs work.

I have tried 3 of your products. 2 CBD oils 250mg in cinnamon flavor, which arrived in mint. And the full spectrum 1,500 mg in cinnamon. The first was not strong enough & did nothing. The 1500mg made me very drowsy & spacey so I can only take it at night. Neither of these help my osteoarthritis pains. I was told to return the low dose & I would receive a refund for that amount. That never happened. The salve does give temporary relief when used. The people I have dealt with are very friendly & helpful but I am very disappointed that the oil has not helped Any suggestions are appreciated
