Part of a three-way Scam? Perhaps not.
In my case, Extend seems to be part of a 3-way scam. I ordered 3 parts from HondaOEMDiscountParts.com. Tom Wood Honda of Anderson, Indiana, sent only the smallest and cheapest part in a big box. The big box was 3 inches shorter than the length of the 2 rods I ordered. T at Tom Wood, blamed FedEx and said he would send a link from "Extend". They would send me a VISA card and T would reorder the missing rods. But Extend immediately rejected my claim. Then I provided photographic evidence that the package I received, did not contain the parts. Extend is supposedly looking into it, per Christina. I note that the Extend contact info here, puts you into the middle of an intersection in Covina, CA. 03/13/25 Edit: I received a call from Kelly. She told me that Trustpilot had the wrong street address for them. It's 440, not 40. That takes them out of the intersection in Covina, CA. She said the claim was rejected because I told them Tom Wood Honda, never shipped two of my three parts. They cover lost or damaged parts, not fraud. Makes sense. She agreed to keep the file open and touch base next week. I'm bumping my rating up from 1 to 4. A response from a human should have been faster.
