Awesome customer service and was easy to deal with

It's very useful to have. I'm glad I have it and I still add it. But having to file a claim is very tedious and you. Must wait almost a week before you can even get ahold of a live person. Just adding to reply. The day of delivery I was home and have cameras. And ups didn't come to my house nor did anyone else in the short time I saw the delivery notification and went to grab it. (or at anytime in the later hours and days) my attempt to reach out and file a claim was halted by a 5day wait period during the possibility that it was "marked as delivered and will arrive" then on the 6th and 7th day I received a message there was no tracking info. So I was stuck. I used the chat option a few times but never was able to speak with a rep I only got breakdowns of the Ai conversation. But no resolution. I contacted the original seller and they provided me a phone number that finally got me to a real person that helped me very quickly. Again on the order I just placed I still added the protection. I think it's worth having and I will continue using it for the just incase situations.

Our second package was damaged worse than our first one.. you really need to change delivery services.. I took photos but don’t know where to send them..
