Extend-A-ReachReviews of extend-a-reach.com

I was able to reach spider webs in high places in our home that would otherwise have required climbing up an extended ladder. I am really happy with the product.

High quality product and very good customer service.

I purchased the 24' model in order to clean the exterior of my second story skylights without using a ladder or getting on the roof. Honestly, I haven't used it yet because of the weather. Regardless, it's obvious that this is a well-designed and solidly built product. The pole is stiff enough to clean effectively when fully extended. I advise getting the correct length for your purposes allowing for enough handle to clean effectively (i.e. having 2 hands on the handle while working).

This is the tool that I've needed for years it will reach where I used to have to have a ladder and I just do not climb up on a ladder or set up a scaffolding any longer they are well made and they work beautifully

Your timely communication was very helpful.

I use it to trim my palm trees that are 35' tall. The Extend A Reach allows me to safely complete the task from the ground, making my wife somewhat happy that I won't fall off a ladder. Had an issue with one section and they sent me a complete new unit as a warranty replacement! Excellent customer service team and they stand by their product, which is rare these days.

I've bought several of the products offered and they are all great and helpful with doing cleaning around the inside and outside of the house. I am very happy with my purchases. Their customer service is great as well. I had one piece break and it was under warranty still and they were very easy to get in touch with and had a replacement mailed out the next day. I was very thankful!

I received a defective cobweb duster and customer service had a new one to me by the next day. They were super friendly and made the experience seamless. The new duster I received is what I expected, but have not had a chance to use it yet.
