As a repeat customer who had not used Express Truck Tax for a couple of years due to our company being in hiatus since 2023, I filed our 2025'2026 2290 but forgot that they had the old address. TXDMV would not accept it with the old address. I went on the site and detailed instructions were sent to me to enable me to resolve my issue. It cost me a bit more but well worth it. Customer service is of utmost importance to me. That's why I gave them 5 stars!

Last Minute Rescue
I waited until the eleventh hour to call ETT to file my IRS Form 2290 (Highway Use Tax). Being late would have created a penalty and possibly delayed getting our apportionment license plates. My rep was great and got the job done before the deadline. Thank you!
Response from ExpressTruckTaxOct 14, 2025
Hi Mark - So glad our team's assistance helped you avoid those problems. Always here to help!

Hi Jose, I am sorry you had a poor experience. We do take account security seriously and sometimes that can make password creation challenging. It is all in our customer's best interest. We appreciate the feedback.
