HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have been "beating around the bush" with vague emails. I can't deal with them any longer ~ Ill let American Express do their job!

After reading all these terrible reviews I guess I join the group who have been scammed. They guarantee acceptance of their letter. It was to get my daughter’s anxiety dog into her college dorm. The college wants a diagnosis and they refuse to provide one stating it’s illegal, which it’s not with patient consent. Their response to it not being accepted is sue the university lol whatever! That’s a great way start to her 4 years there...not. Bottom line is with their refusal to provide a diagnosis the letter is unacceptable. So where’s that guarantee of acceptance...definitely not standing behind it. Still won’t admit they scammed us. They did refund the initial $99 but not the $50 for signing extra documents and I guess it is my fault that I purchased a harness at their expensive price of $70 plus shipping.

They fail to notify you at time of purchase that ESA letters for airline travel are NO LONGER ACCEPTED! You pay almost $100, request a travel letter, then get a HOUSING LETTER INSTEAD. Then they refuse to refund your money! Go to the US Dept of Transportation and register your dog as a service animal for FREE. That is what the airlines accept now.

Their website is broken they don’t have a phone number. Their papers are fake ! Don’t not fall for them !! Please they are FAKE!

They gave me a letter with a fake therapist. They put the wrong address for his office and a fake phone number. These are forged messages not related to the actual therapist at all. Using these can get you evicted or even fined for forgery.

Despicable. This is a total scam and these people need to be shut down. Anytime, but especially right now when people are challenged in so many ways, these terrible humans are preying on innocent people that are in need of Emotional Support Animals. I have tried to reach out to them with no avail. They make it so you cannot contest the credit card charge. Do NOT purchase anything from them. Find a reputable ESA site and pay a few extra dollars for kind, caring, compassionate people to help you.

Deceitful, dishonest, scammers who prey on innocent people and the elderly. They need to be stopped. The owners are SCUM!! The Vest/Harness fell apart the 2nd day after I waited over 3 months to receive the product. The so-called therapist wasn't REAL or Legitimate. I was told by Cleo that the therapist had quit. I called the social worker who wrote my letter and she never heard of me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Absolutely the worst company ever!! They asked me to pay their "basic" fee for 1-pet. I did and bought their Gear too. The therapist was fake and did not exist, the documents were fake and my landlord or airline did not accept them. When I asked for my money back they said NO! The Gear is cheap and fell apart in the first week. BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THESE LOW -LIFE SCUMS!!!
