Ms .Mona Was very gracious and EXTREMELY SUPPORTIVE! Great voice and such a lovely spirit! I live in NYC and would Rather have my medical supplies delivered by this company! There was a error with my original order and it was rectified immediately!! The order was via a well known store with the blue letter and they relayed the wrong information!
