Hello Lenny, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We apologize for not being able to fill your order. When the order is canceled due to being out of stock, the funds are put on hold first then when the order ships out the payment is processed. If there seemed to be a charge still remaining, it would not be more of a card issue rather than us having charged the order amount. Hello Tina, We are sorry to hear that you had a negative customer service experience. After reviewing your account, we did not notice any previous correspondence indicating that there were any issues with your order. In order to fill the whole order, sometimes the warehouse has to ship out separate boxes with separate tracking numbers. Only one tracking number is sent but, upon request, we can provide you with the others. We value our customers and would like to assure that each and every one of them has a pleasant experience when reaching out to our customer care team. We apologize for the error on this order, upon reviewing it, we do not see any communication with you regarding the wrong size. Our system shows that the 16-inch pads were shipped out if this is not what was received please contact us so we can investigate further. We do apologize for the delay that occurred with this order. I see that the order was placed on Thanksgiving and unfortunately, our company was closed and was unable to have shipped out any orders due to the holiday so it shipped the next business day that our warehouses were open, which was Monday the 26th. We understand the urgency needed for this type of product to be delivered in a timely fashion and we are very sorry that we were unable to accommodate as expected. We hope that in the future, we can provide a more satisfactory experience for you if you decide to shop with us again.
