Your site is user friendly. The time in transit was outstanding. The one problem I have is the packaging. I opened this huge box to find a tiny box in comparison. The box it was shipped in could be considered dimensional weight which causes a higher shipping cost.

It would have been 5 stars had I a way of communicating in a timely manner with you.

The facial tissues were a godsend but some of them were not sealed properly and we had to tape the sides so the boxes would be useful.

The only issue is with a lack of notification regarding actual or potential shipping delays during the COVID-19 outbreak. Update: Customer service responded to my review and notified me that I would receive a refund since the product I ordered is out of stock due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I do hope my refund is processed quickly.

We apologize for the issue that occurred with your order, we understand the urgency of getting these types of products as soon as possible. we sincerely apologize for the delay in communication as our customer care team is having to contact a few thousand customers, one by one. due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. we ran out of stock before our up-to-date inventory numbers could be reflected online, this has never happened before. Please be assured that you will be fully refunded back onto your original form of payment for the unshipped items in the days to come. We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience and have since put some safeguards in place so that this doesn't happen again.

Everything was good except communication on shipping Date , but i do understand the chaos involved due to the Corona virus.

Shipped recently produced disinfecting wipes and sterile saline wipes in separate boxes that arrived quickly. Only issue is with the disinfecting wipes as there was wetness on six of the wipes boxes. This wetness had no odor and dried clear after being subjected to sunlight. Could not find any torn individual wipes out of the 1000 ordered in ten boxes. The outer cardboard shipping box was clean and dry so this was a surprise and concern.
