First time customer. Express Med was very responsive during the initial phone contact to obtain information about customer ordering procedure and policies. Order was easily placed online. Shipped quick. Good packaging. A mishap by UPS caused some delivery issues, but EM got it sorted out quickly. Products were as described and nothing was damaged or missing. Overall, very good experience.

I ordered some support hose, thinking they were the kind with the toes in them. I received the ones without toes. They were very quick to send me the right ones, after I told them about the problem. The reply was quick, and I received them in 2 or 3 days. I was impressed that they treated me, a customer, with respect, and were fair.

Had to order new medicated foam bandages. Unable to find at local pharmacies. ExpressMed was the first option to come up when doing an online search and although skeptical at first, was SO glad we used them! Order was timely, price was right and VERY much appreciated the quick, easy and reliable service. Will use again (and currently are looking at other items they offer)!
