Hello Fidelity, This order was placed on 08/01/2019, after shipping cut off time and was shipped out on 08/02/2019. The tracking information shows the package was delivered on 08/06/2019. Unfortunately, due to the Sunday, the carrier took longer than you expected for complete delivery. Please note that any order placed after 11 am PST will be shipped out next day and that would count as the first day.

After we received a single phone form you, we then made several attempts to provide you with the return information you needed via emails and phone calls out. We received much conflicting information from you and the issue with your order, so we did our best to accommodate for the return. To date, we do not have any acknowledgment nor the return of any items. All that is needed for any return is to give us a call at 877-822-2719 for return info within 30 days of purchase or to request one through your Expressmed account for the order and items you wish to return.

We try to provide the most affordable products on the market. Unfortunately the manufacturer had raised their prices and in turn, we had to as well. When signed up for the auto-ship program you do receive a 5% discount that is applied, however, we can not guarantee that the original price of the item will stay the same. We are sincerely sorry your order arrived late, we shipped your order on 05/06/2019 and unfortunately, the carrier took longer than the standard shipping time of 3-5 business days to complete the delivery.
