This company advertised a box of ten for a 3M Tegaderm product at $7.74 per box. Instead, they shipped me three bandages while having the audacity to charge me $7.74 apiece. They are consummate rip off artists.

I ordered the wrong size on an item and wanted to return it. It is my understanding that a return authorization # is needed. I e-mailed a request to customer service 3 times and did not get a reply. Tried calling the phone # for customer service 5 times but each time it went to voicemail and no return call. How can they take pride claiming good customer service with that kind of service?
