We understand your frustration with this matter, Please note we do have a 3-5 business shipping and due to COVID-19 there is a delay in shipping.

We apologize for the issue that occurred with your order, we understand the urgency of getting these types of products as soon as possible. we ran out of stock before our up-to-date inventory numbers could be reflected online, this has never happened before. Please be assured that you will be fully refunded back onto your original form of payment for the unshipped items in the days to come. We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience and have since put some safeguards in place so that this doesn't happen again.
