Hello John, We understand your frustration. We attempted to call and verify the order with you to ensure it was not fraudulent, but the call went to a forwarding voicemail. We did email the customer. Our system is secure and sensitive towards orders that are filtered as fraud. This is set in place in order to protect our customers from possible fraudulent activity.

We do apologize for the delay in receiving an update on your order, we see that the missing portions of your order were shipped yesterday in the afternoon, We do ask that 24 hours is allotted from the time an issue is reported until the tracking is available. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused by the expiration dates, after reviewing your order and our communication history I do see that we requested the lot numbers from the strips that were received but we never heard back from you. We apologize for the confusion caused by the conflicting information that was provided. Unfortunately, return shipping fees can get expensive depending on the weight of the item and distance it has to travel back to our warehouse. Our return policy does not allow for opened or used items to be returned which is likely why the return was initially denied. Thank you very much for your feedback. After reviewing the order in question, I do see that there was a delay in cancelation as stock became an issue for this product. We do truly apologize for the delay that occurred in reporting this to you and we hope we can earn back your business as this type of error is outside of our normal procedure. Our standard practice results in cancelations and corresponding notifications usually being sent the same day for any stock related issues.
