Hello Charles, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We strive to provide the fastest shipping possible. This order was placed on 5/18, our warehouses are closed on the weekends and the order had been placed before the cutoff same day shipping. It was however shipped out first thing on the following Monday 5/20. The tracking information shows the package was delivered on 5/25, arriving within the 3-5 day estimated delivery date. It seems as though this order may not be the order you had had this issue with. Hello Lynn, We apologize for the error that occurred and that you are having difficulties on the site. Our ordering system only accepts what shipping information is entered unless you have an autofill feature on your device. In order for us to process orders in a timely manner, the cancelation window is quite small. In this instance, we were unable to do so. According to our notes here, the manager had reached out to you via phone call to assist however there was no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused. According to our records, the order was placed on Friday after shipping hours and it was shipped on Monday. The tracking associated with this order also states it was delivered on 4/10 and signed for.
